Before bringing in your phone for repair, we ask that you turn off both the numbered passcode lock and facial recognition. We only require this so our technicians can access the phone as needed to conduct full before and after functionality checks.
You can either leave us with the password for your phone or turn off the lock function. If you leave the passcode for our technicians, facial recognition must be turned off and we have to be able to enter by the numbered code. If you choose not to leave your passcode, we are still able to repair, however, we are unable to check all functions are working after the repair is complete.
That depends. Some phones have been designed to withstand water damage and full submersion up to a set depth and length of time. Older models may not withstand as much damage so it’s best if you bring your device in and speak with our Adelaide-based phone repair team.
