Times have changed and we understand that some people might not be comfortable coming to a major shopping centre. With this in mind, we have added our contactless door-to-door service. Finally, we also offer a mail-in service. Give our team a call and we will make all of the necessary arrangements. Please bear in mind there is a one-day fixing process on top of delivery, so same-day service is not available.

How do I know if my phone battery is healthy?
First things first, we always recommend charging your phone to see if it can reach full battery. If it is unable to reach 100%, chances are the battery needs to be replaced. Next, test to see how long a fully charged phone can remain operational. If you have limited phone and app use and the battery still drains within a few hours, chances are it needs to be replaced.
Lastly, check the settings in your phone. Most phones now have a battery health indicator to show you how much longer it has before needing to be serviced.
How do I keep my battery 100% healthy?
We recommend closing apps when they’re not in use, charging your phone up to 100% battery when possible, and limiting ‘shorter’ charges. This means just giving your battery enough time to keep working without bringing it up to a full charge. While shorter cycles are needed from time to time, regularly only giving your battery a portion of what it needs can wear it down.
Why is my phone only charging to 80%?
Chances are your battery needs to be serviced or replaced. You can check the life of your battery in most phone settings. If the battery health indicator shows less than 70%, bring your phone in for assessment and advice at our Toowoomba-based mobile phone repair shop.
