Yes. If you are out of the immediate area where any one of our phone repair stores are, you can ship your device to our technicians for assessment and service. If requested, we will ship the phone back to you with the cost of shipping to be covered by the customer.
It should not. Depending on the type of damage and repair service required, very rarely do we encounter a service that will cause data loss. However, because there is a small chance of this happening, we always recommend backing up your data before bringing it in for a service. Further, speak with our team about the likely repair needed and if there is the potential for it to affect the data on your phone.
Technically, yes, however, our technicians will know which parts are and are not compatible for your phone and that specific repair. BYO parts are not always of the best of quality, so to provide the best result we recommend opting for our in-house parts. If you have any questions, you can speak to our technical team before bringing in parts to our Mackay-based repair shop.
