How do I cancel my PTC Care + Membership?
Please email customerservice@ptc.net.au outlining your cancellation request or to discuss your needs. Our lovely customer service team will help you to resolve your account.
How do I claim a device repair using my PTC Care + Membership?
Login to your member portal and complete the repair request form, our customer service team will then contact you to confirm your booking.

Can I purchase more than one membership for additional devices?
Yes! As long as your device is eligible you can purchase an additional membership.
What happens if my membership device is lost or damaged?
Please contact our customer service team to get your new device information replaced in our system. PTC Care + offer one free device changing service for the life of your membership, reasoning and proof may be requested. A new membership will need to be purchased if you require any additional changes.
